Plus, issues like damp smells lingering around and inadequate cleaning really bring the experience down a few notches.

Had a blast discovering nearby grills like Lale Pizzeria and Daje—a must-try! The Standard Twin Room was surprisingly cozy, despite not being the fanciest. Loved the clean vibe, and the staff was a total gem—truly polite and helpful!

The walls were very thin. I heard snoring, alarms, and footsteps as if they were in my room! Plumbing was quirky, too—water in the shower went from scalding to freezing, and the sink was loud enough that it felt like a circus in there.

The room was cozy, but the bathroom could use a serious deep clean.

We made the hotel our hub for exploring Brussels, enjoying its proximity to sights like Tour & Taxis, which is just 3 km away. My hubby and I loved the spacious family rooms that comfortably accommodated all our needs.

In my wife’s opinion, they could improve the heating system.
